Visit godoc.com.bd, enter your shipment waybill number (starts with GDX_) and click Search. Alternatively, download our mobile app from the Play Store, log in, and enter your GDX_ number in the Track Shipment section.
03 What are your shipping rates?
We offer flexible, competitive rates tailored to your specific needs. Contact us today and our team will provide a customized quote for your shipment.
04 What is the estimated delivery time?
Inside Dhaka: Delivery within 12 hours during business hours.

Outside Dhaka: Delivery within 24 hours during business hours.
05 Do you offer insurance for my package?
Yes! We offer insurance coverage for your shipments. Call us for full details on coverage options.
06 What are your operating hours?
We are open and ready to assist you from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday through Thursday.
07 Can I change the delivery address or date?
Yes! Just give us a call or send us an email and our team will assist you in updating the destination or rescheduling delivery to a more convenient time.
